From, Goral V Patel “Hare Krishna” 75A Vishwas Colony Baroda 390007 Date: 17/04/2015 Dear Madam/ Sir, Re: Fixed Deposit S21880 Dated 18/06/1999. Maturity Amount Rupees 43024/=. Interest Rate @ 14% Per Year for 36 Months. I placed the above deposit in good faith with yourselves and at the same time to contribute towards the growth and prosperity of Gujarat. When the deposit matured in 2002, I was only paid the principal amount and not the interest of Rupees 15024/=. In short, I was paid back only Rs.30, 000/=. On enquiring with my broker, at the time, I was told that the interest would be paid separately. I forgot about this deposit, till recently, I found a copy of the receipt and realised that I have never been paid the interest on it.
