Saree Dzire — Fraudulent activity

I think it's a fraud online company because I have ordered one dress but then I'm not getting any response from them as I have called to the given number but then it is showing switched off, also when ever I'm trying to track my order it's not showing me at all though I have order number also I have paid through UPI.If it is fraud then why it is showing at Google is my question I'm really disappointed.
