Saree — return product to company

I have ordered a saree worth rs. 1350/- in banarasstyle.com through online. I have received a wrong product of low quality than the one mentioned in the image of the order. I have attached the image of received product and image shown in website. I have initiated my return and still i didn't get any response. Order no SUR20832 I have not booked the product but it came to home and it is not a Sarees it is only red coloured it cost 647/- rupees we don't want it we will return it

We got the product without booking cost 647/- it is not a Saree also it only cloth
