I have purchased saree from Bangalore branch. Its my wedding saree but it's damaged fully. While purchasing they didn't even show the saree properly. And the salesmen were very rude. So I want exchange or refund. Because I paid 15000 bt I got damaged product. Its very bad experience which I ever had.

The product which has shown in the website is completely different than i have recived, i request you to refund my amount and take away this saree. Saree quality is also not good
Please refund my amount and take back the saree as soon as possible.

Saree colour change

I had ordered a saree . I paid Rs. 1200 for that. that is the worst product I have ever seen in my life time . color is not matching and quality of cloth is so inferior. it can be used as cleaning cloth. I tried calling CUSTOMER CARE number they are not picking . I got message from a watapp no regarding order confirmation, that ### is also not picking. These people should be banned from doing online sales or any kind of sales. They are fraudesters . No value for money. Everyone EARN by working hard these cheaters and basters are earning by fraudulent act. government shall take strict action against these people and get our money back . Pls ban on the proprietor from doing any kind of business. he cant be honest in his life time. Don't buy anything from THIS WEBSITE

Ordered Saree, Order ID id NV015588. Paid 1599+ 100 rs delivery charges. saree is looking like 200 rs saree, which we get on the road. Got very poor low quality product, Now they are saying i can exchange it. But refund will get into Naari vastra Store wallet. what is guarantee that i will get genuine product again with best premium quality. much much Better than the picture shown on Naari Vastra site. I asked them to refund the money. I have paid in cash. But there is no refund policy . i have to exchange product. But i dont think they will fulfil my expectations. On top of that there are some numbers on the saree. That means I have been given total defective product. Please look into it. Its not question of money. but since they are not at all transparent to their customers. And cheating and looting people. Please take very strict and prompt action against them as early as possible.

I have ordered a saree worth rs. 1350/- in banarasstyle.com through online. I have received a wrong product of low quality than the one mentioned in the image of the order. I have attached the image of received product and image shown in website.
I have initiated my return and still i didn't get any response. Their customer care service number is not reachable and address is not mentioned in website.
Please take necessary actions.

I have ordered a saree costing 1149rs. The product that i received and the image was totally different so immediately i sent an email to return the product and even messaged the seller in whatspp to initiate the refund process. But there were no response. The person is reading my messages coming online but not responding to the messages. Earlier when i asked how to buy he replied but now after buying i messaged to refund but he is not responding. This is mere cheating and a cheap way of earning that doesn't go well at the end for them! Instead they can beg and earn money.

Already lam complaint registered the above matter to your complaint cell.But not respond from your side. So please arrange sent to me my original order item saree code-SKU SILK-2025 yellow colour soft silk saree.Take necessary action.immediately.. You're sent to me saree is 890/rupees only.But I'm 1290/rupees paid.So l'm totally cheated for you.

My order id is 18541. The site is showing the order id is been placed & is now being processed. I doubt that it is a fake shopping portal. Amount rs.499 debited through netbanking for this order. I could even find any contact details of those people. Its been 10 days now & not even a progress in the tracking of order. Kindly help us. Pls block this site so that no one else will get cheated.

My order no 2440944 and order date is march 28. But the colour especially the stuffis not the same i ordered. I appreciate the promptness of the company in delivery. But i felt with the above probleme. Kindly take it back and deliver me any other product of my choice. The cost of saree is rs 750. I am ready to pay high amount for any other suitable product

I had purchased 2 Sarees from M/s JAI BAJRANG SAREES, 44/202 Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Bill No. is 1808 dated 17.07.2011. The phone no of the shop is[protected]. The price of both sarees is Rs.2190.

Since both sarees are defective, I want cash back. I tried so many times but the shop keeper is very rough & rude & denying to refund. kindly advise.

we bought a saree from ganapathy silks for my mother to give surprise on her birthday they put discount they mention no exchange but v enquire they told can change if any prob but the thing when we gave it fo stitch the saree was tare itself automatically in side of the stitch tailor told low quality we cal enquire will they change we had bill they were like we will exchange. when we went there treatment was differ they didn,t even ready to speak after we shout one person took us to another floor where they said their hr will come. meanwhile they were like tailor cut the saree wrongly but in end they put kunjam for saree where the cut goes upward without doing anything. they are also like we will cut the edge n fold stitch and give back the same which we itself done ourself. atlast they told hr will come it was almost an hour nobody came we were sitting they brought another saree told all saree like so no mistake we got frustrated came out shouting.

THING WHILE GOING INSIDE SHOP IF WE RETURN WITHOUT BUYING THEY WONT LET US GET OUT OF THE SHOP WHEN WENT FOR EXCHANGE WHERE NOBODY READY TO SPEAK WITH US ABOUT IT THIS THE CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDED BY WORST GANAPATHY SILKS
