Sareecomboz.com — different item received instead of ordered product

..I placed my ordered 2 lehenga on 17 jan 2019 from sareecomboz.com with Reference ID ***2221 and Order id 54****07 Of 1050 /- from xpressBees (tracking id 133*****80470 ) instead of lehengas they courier 3 waste less sarees, then immediately I made call on ([protected] ) helpline number, after that I got call from EGG customer care representative Avinash ([protected] ), he said that amount will be returned though online, and ask detail of my debit card like last 6 digit of Card number, bank name and valid date of card, number linked with bank etc, am surprise with these type of questioning, its just a simple that only account number helps to make transfers / refunding, then whey these kind of details mandatory, and I did not feel that he is calling from customer care because the background noise heard like he is in public place or somewhere like village and when I raised my voice then he put my call on hold and now am unable to call on the number, Please help me. I saw a advertisement of this company in facebook and bought the item. Sareecomboz.com URL - http://www.sareecomboz.com/ clothing brand facebook Page ID – [protected] It is the worst experience of online shopping of me, this all going wrong many of people get in this trap .. I also have recording with these fake representative .

I request to the system please find these frauds as soon as possible and punish them . these are other 3 number through whom I get call ([protected] ), ([protected]), ([protected] ), and this order assign for delivery from gujarat (surat).

I ordered a pack of 4 kurtis. But 3 worst quality sarees were delivered to me instead. How to return the product & get refund?

Mam waist of time.. they will never reply u n rcv ur call.. they all r fraud.. hm.sbko mil le complain krni chahiye.. mai b esi traped hui hu aj.. m jobles now n lost my 2100.. order 4 Kurtis n lagana also.. eyes filed with tears since noon but can't do anything.. agar hm sb mil jae to complain kr skte h.. plz reply
I had ordered for NEW DISINER LEHENGA CHOLI PACK OF 2( lg -14) and instead received 3 local sarees from www.sareecomboz.com. I am Paid 1049.00 Rupesh (Reference ID : 26062, Order ID : 5525514)

I also order 4 kurti and they send me 3 saree.. I try to cal n msg but they dint rcv.. I.lost my 1049 rs.

This website delivered wrong product to us. There is no return address mentioned on the parcel. My order ID is 24368 and order value is 1049 rs. No return procedure is menTioned. Please help me for further process to complain against law.
