..I placed my ordered 2 lehenga on 17 jan 2019 from sareecomboz.com with Reference ID ***2221 and Order id 54****07 Of 1050 /- from xpressBees (tracking id 133*****80470 ) instead of lehengas they courier 3 waste less sarees, then immediately I made call on ([protected] ) helpline number, after that I got call from EGG customer care representative Avinash ([protected] ), he said that amount will be returned though online, and ask detail of my debit card like last 6 digit of Card number, bank name and valid date of card, number linked with bank etc, am surprise with these type of questioning, its just a simple that only account number helps to make transfers / refunding, then whey these kind of details mandatory, and I did not feel that he is calling from customer care because the background noise heard like he is in public place or somewhere like village and when I raised my voice then he put my call on hold and now am unable to call on the number, Please help me. I saw a advertisement of this company in facebook and bought the item.
