Bad delivery

I have ordered for an ornament on instragram profile, hertreasures_jewelstore on 06/09/2025 and paid Rs. 699/- through online and they booked order on 07/09/2025 and sent consignment through Xpress Bees. order picked up on 10/09/2025 from Hyderabad and reached Mangalore on 14/09/2025.
Since yesterday I am trying to know the delivery status, but getting excuses like our area service is not good. they are asking 48 hours time to deliver...

Order not received - xpressbess

I ordered a BoAt airdopes on June 17, 2025 via Boat LifeStyle and it was due for delivery on June 22, 2025. The delivery partner is XpressBees. I got a notification from XpressBess on 23rd June that the delivery is out for delivery but after sometime there was a message from them stating - they regret the inconvenience that they couldn't deliver the order as the address information is incomplete.

Return picked up but status not updated refund stuck no response from xpressbees

On 25th May 2025, XpressBees delivery agent Santhosh K picked up three return items from me (ordered via Biba) around 3:45 PM, and the OTP was shared during pickup. Despite this, the return status is still showing "Return not yet picked up" on both the XpressBees and Biba websites.

Received wrong product in return order

No delivery date available

AWB number [protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 03-May. Not delivered and now no new expected delivery date is there. Customer care executives are also not able to help as they can only pass message. I have no problem in delay delivery but atleast there should be an expected delivery date by such an company. They are not able to provide that also....

Hello,

I had contacted to Xpressbees customer care. They said that they were providing the delivery today (21st November 2024) by 8 pm. But product was not delivered to me. Customer service executives provided the fake promises.

I hope after this complaint I get my product.

Please help me to get my product. Xpressbees is not taking responsibility to deliver the order. Now it's a week.

    Delaying the order

    I made a purchase from Firstcry.com and they have chosen Xpressbees as the delivery partner. The product is expected with AWB[protected]nis expected to be delivered on 9 September 2024 but still there is no signs of delivery and as per my experience this order too will be returned without my consent for sure.

      product stolen from the package during transit awb 14355980698569

      We sent the package to the buyer on Mar 06, 2024 12:42 containing 3 pcs of Raymond Gift Packs the shipment was tampered with during transit and 1 piece has been stolen out of 3 from the box and then the box was repacked with the cello tape. the buyer did also raised the concern at the time of delivery but FE delivered it and asked to contact the seller.

        I ordered some books from a online website. Which was shipped through xpressbees on 4th April, till now it hasn't been delivered to me.
        20/04 : it should out for delivery but in the Evening I got a massage that you refused to receive. I have contacted their customer care 2 times.They just say it will be delivered soon .
