Missing Products

This is a straight up scam..I ordered three products from shein india and received only half of one. The package seems to have been tampered with somewhere on the way and the products must have been taken out. I received a prepaid parcel through XpressBees.
While opening the parcel, I recorded a video.
The packet was found completely empty.

This is a serious courier fraud case.
A Cyber Crime complaint has already been filed.

I'm so fed up with XpressBees! My parcel-AWB No: [protected]-is stuck since days, and there's just no update from their side. I've already emailed them more than 100 times, and still not a single proper reply!

Their so-called "customer support" is a joke; nobody replies, nobody updates the tracking, and they don't even bother to call the customer. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen.

Bad delivery

Order not received - xpressbess

I ordered a BoAt airdopes on June 17, 2025 via Boat LifeStyle and it was due for delivery on June 22, 2025. The delivery partner is XpressBees. Return picked up but status not updated refund stuck no response from xpressbees

On 25th May 2025, XpressBees delivery agent Santhosh K picked up three return items from me (ordered via Biba) around 3:45 PM, and the OTP was shared during pickup. Despite this, the return status is still showing "Return not yet picked up" on both the XpressBees and Biba websites.

    AWB number [protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 03-May. Not delivered and now no new expected delivery date is there. Customer care executives are also not able to help as they can only pass message. I have no problem in delay delivery but atleast there should be an expected delivery date by such an company. They are not able to provide that also.

      I placed an order on Nykaa Man. The order was placed in 22nd of April and it was expected to reach me by 25th of april. The product reached the nearest hub on 24th april. On 25th they didn't attempt any delivery. On 26th my product was out for delivery but they didn't try to deliver or reach my house to deliver it. I called the delivery boy and he said he wont deliver today and he isn't sure it will be delivered tomorrow also so on 25th, 26th, 27th the product wasnt delivered, I am writing this complaint on 28th which is today the product still has't been delivered. Both NykaaMan and XpressBees are not giving proper response. I am attaching screeshots of tracking and order id for further enquiry
