Sareecraft 1 — refund

Wrong item was delivered by sareecraft 1, deliberately!! A silk saree was promised but a polyester saree was delivered. I need a full refund immediately. The saree costed 1400 bucks. Now when i'm trying to return the saree their website is not opening. It has become pretty difficult for me to return this item. I hope that an action is taken against it soon.

This is not a saree, its worst than a door curtain. Worst quality. I need this item to be picked and return my money asap. Never to trust this site. I will post this issue in media that they are cheating people by delivering such cheap items. I need action to be taken immediately.

How can i get my refund . Or else going to complain in consumer court.
