Mam I ordered a soft silk saree and I didn't get product which I ordered and with a poor quality and colour is not matching.so better take your product back and refund my money as soon as possible. Received low quality saree so i want to return it...

The product what has shown in the website is completely different than i have received. It's not at all resembling to the saree shown in the website. I ordered for a maroon silk saree. And got another one. They are just cheating us. I request you to refund my amount and take away this pathetic saree.

We received 2 sarees of numbers from fn216 and fn117 on 15th july 2020 of rupees[protected] each). The products were of very very worst quality and its not the soft silk that you mentioned in your ads. We are highly unhappy and unsatisfied of your service also its not the colour that you mentioned in your ads. So kindly, return and refund our money as fast as possible. If you didn't take any urgent actions towards this complaint we will move...

The saree shown in website is different from what I received and even the quality of saree is very poor. I kindly request you refund my payment as well take back this saree as soon as possible...

I ordered online with cash in delivery option for red pattu saree with heavy border but received bhagalpuri cotton silk cheap saree worth of 100/- and charged me 1400 with cash on delivery. I'm not happy with the experience return the money and take your product asap...

Saree colour nd quality r inferior nd not similar to as shown in advertisement. Plz refund otherwise i would approach consumer forum. Next time onwards maintain quality. Silk sarees sh be soft unlike what has been delivered. The saree is polyester based which is not worthy of rs 1399. Even the colour combination is not similar to which has been showcased in advertisement. Hence, by all means i need money to be returned....

The website cheats, it d doesn't match at all, it is highly illegal, never seen a site like this, । i can't even see options to return it, register the complaint immediately, don't understand why facebook is connected to it i need the refund immediately otherwise will go to consumer court, see to it that no one looks into this site i'm really shocked as the product is no where near...

Wrong item was delivered by sareecraft 1, deliberately!! A silk saree was promised but a polyester saree was delivered. I need a full refund immediately. The saree costed 1400 bucks. Now when i'm trying to return the saree their website is not opening. It has become pretty difficult for me to return this item. I hope that an action is taken against it soon....

Don’t cheat customers like this otherwise we will have to take u to court or the nearest police station soon for looting the customers...

I need my money back... This is the biggest online scam ever!! The photos of sarees displayed are of very good quality and what is delivered is simply terrible... I will not even present this saree to my maid... Such horrible piece of cloth... Dont know i should even call it a saree!!!
Hope all the money that sareecraft1 owners have looted, gets spend in the hospitals for themselves... Best wishes for falling sick!!!...
