Sareecraft — poor quality substandard saree delivered

Bought a saree online from sareecraft. in on cod payment terms. Got the delivery on 22th March 2019. On unpacking the saree was found defective with defective n incomplete border, line marks, discoloration etc substandard. On sareecraft. in website i went through their return policy which stated that for returning the defective saree please write a mail to fabnio...and when i mailed consecutively thrice there was no response. Even the Mobile Number given in their website is fraud..Its not reachable and is spam. The saree which i bought I am unable to send back. The company neither responds to mail nor calls. Kindly initiate action against such fraud cheaters.No details or address found in their website. Very annoying.
