Cheap quality.. Color not match....

I ordered a dapper pink color soft silk saree. It is not soft silk material, and color is also different. It is low quality material, that is not i have seen in the description about the product material and color. It is entirely different from the image. I want to cancel the product and need refund. I dont like to replace it, i need refund....

6days before i ordered one saree, just now i received the parcel, it's very worst quality, i must return it, can you help me to return it, can you tell the contact number, i mailed but there is no reply......

Just i am ordering complete green saree from sareecraft.com but we are not receive same product i am recive pink saree

I ordered a saree worth rs.1399+100 shipping charges total 1499... Product no fn2634... The product iis very different from one shown in the picture and very bad quality... I want to return it and also want a refund... Plz look into it... Shraddha sugave...

The texture and quality vary from the given specifications mentioned in the website. So decided to refund. The order number sg38588. Kindly do the needful. Completely disappointed. Price is too costly and the quality is too low, cheap and it is not soft silk. It is the low quality polyester. It is definitely not soft silk. For the cost paid, i can buy 3 sarees. What promised is not delivered....

I have ordered soft silk saree last week worth of 1000 rs. I am totally upset with looking the fabric of the saree and it really worst in quality. Just in online they mentioned refund is available but could not able to claim it. I request you to share me the way to claim my money with returning the order. I buy saree from sareecraft.in which costs 1100.. I saw saree, believe me m not satisfied with dis products. Cheap material. I want to return saree but no one response me. I want my money back... Plz help me out... They doesn't pick up the phone.. I called so many time.. But no response. Its very bad to know dat such people who are fraud and their company and they share in facebook, they cheat people's feelings plz do same strong actions...

Materials also not correct, it is raw silk. Complete printing, but in web site only blouse showing printed
