Sareeflow.com — product is in very bad quality

I ordered lenhenga on 18th april 2019 from sareeflow.com. Lehenga worth rs.2050. But when it received its quality is not like a 100 rs. Cloth. Quality of that product is so cheap. I want to return that item and i want my refund back. But there is no option of return on that website. I want my refund in my bank account.
I called xpressbees courier delivery boy but he did not receive any call.
Please help me to get my refund back
