Dear Sir/Madam, Date of purchase: Aug 18th, 2020 Website: Sareego.com I purchased a saree with the product number LN8043, on the website is showed white color saree with design. Received the product on Aug 23rd, 2020. I sent an email to the sareego.[protected]@gmail.com on Aug 23rd, 2020 Recevied response from the merchant on Aug 25th, 2020, that it is the correct product that was delivered and they will not take any return. I replied back to the team on Aug 25th explaining and shared the picture that was on the website while ordering and the picture of the saree that I received and reiterated the same message as mentioned on Aug 23rd. I also requested the team to share any contact number to make them understand clearly about the problem and have not received any reply from them. Desirable resolution: Either replace with the correct product that is shown on their website (as attached) or refund.
