Sareego — I ordered a saree which is fake

I ordered two sarees in sareego.com website but i didn't got the one which i ordered. They have shown different saree photo in website and sent different photo to me. They sent the fake sarees to me. Color is same but fake sarees. Worth rs. 200 sarees sent to me by charging rs. 2698 and now sending mails that it can't be refunded even though it can be refunded according to their policy. Please help me to get my money back.
