Sareeyotsav — Received wrong product. Fraud company. cheating so many customers

I placed an order of Sareeyotsav dress special Copper Color Salwar Suit With Net Dupatta which costs 799/-on 07 September 2022 from their website Sareeyotsav.in My payment mode was COD. On 12 September I received a completely different product, a cheap old saree.. I tried to contact them to return the product.. But there was no response.. Only way for contact them via email. There is no return address or contact details in the parcel. I want to return the product and refund...
Please do the needful as there are so many got cheated like this by Sareeyotsav.
