I had ordered a churidhar set (top bottom and shawl) in a website named Sareeyotsav. in. the next day itself I got mail from them attaching the image of my order and confirming my order. After 4 days I got an old saree, and when I tried to return it that option was not working on their website. I called on the customer care number several times and my call was not attended. After 5 days i received a call telling me they will refund the amount. I waited 1 week and no response from their end. Kindly help me to get refund
