Hi,
I have purchased Daikin Split AC and 4 Years Extended warranty from Sargam Electronics. I registered a complaint with Sargam on 19th March 2022 that my AC was not cooling. A technician came and replaced AC Valve and filled gas. It worked that day however it stopped working from next day onwards. I again registered a complaint and after many follow-ups another engineer came and he mentioned that the condenser coil is faulty. He kept my indoor unit in seassembled state and since last 20 days no one came for repair and rectification of the AC. What if the open parts hurt my children. Who will be responsible ? This is not the kind of service expected from Sargam. I have purchased multiple items from Sargam time and again (close to worth Rs 2 Lakhs) and was expecting a better service.
Its such a high temperature in Delhi and we have to survive without AC. Me and my family is suffering because of this inaction from the Sargam team. Request a quick resolution.
