I purchased Daikin Split AC from Sargam on 07.05.2018 with 5 years compressor warranty. I have also extended warranty for 2 years after paid Rs.4100/- on 07.05.2018.

Now, my compressor is defective but neither Daikin nor Sargam replace my compressor under warranty.

I purchased a 32" Samsung Smart TV from Sargam Electronics (Nirman Vihar /Laxmi Nagar), with 3 years extended warranty., With DG Care.,
Now that store has closed, and DG Care phone is not answered.,
kindly inform me how to get benefit of extended warranty.

I am unable to contact DG service centre or sargam electronics for the extended warranty that I purchased with my Lg 43 inch LED TV ON 22/11/2028 for a Period of 5 years amounting to Rs.7000 which is valid till 21 Nov 2023.

We purchased Daikin split AC 1 tonn from Sargam Electronics Noida, Sector 18, UP on 28th Feb 2021. SPD DG SAC EXTWTY 6600 3 YR warranty, We are facing problem now in cooling, when contacted Daikin service customer care, they said post sharing details that from company it's 2 year warranty & extended warranty is not showing from Sargam for which we paid 6600 rupees, Shop is closed with all no. Switched off ( from invoice). They have cheated...

I purchased Lg double door fridge on 26/10/2019 from Sargam Laxmi Nagar store LG product detail Number- GL-T302RPZU/2019. I also bought an extended warranty of 3 years.
My warranty will expire on 26/10/2023.
However I wanted to use my warranty now since my fridge has stopped working. However Neither sargam number are working nor DG care number are working.

My name is Sachin Bhardwaj. I had purchased a new sansui led tv (Invoice no.PP[protected] and also a 3 years SPD DG 3 year extended warranty(invoice no.DG-PP[protected] on it. After one year, i started facing some issues in tv so i contacted sargam via calls and even emails. I tried calling and they picked luckily and registed the complaint by saying that it would be resolved but it was a lie.
So I visited the sargam store and they contacted the sansui customer care and registerd complaint regarding my tv and said that you need not to pay because of additional warranty purchased. Company engineer came and resolved the issue and asked for money. I contacted sargam and they refused to pay and saying that now pay money and it will be refunded . So paid the money. Yesterday, when i turned the tv suddenly noticed some sparks coming out of tv. I got electric shock in trying to turning off the tv.
So I contacted yesterday and today also but all the numbers provided by them is not reachable meaning either they are switched off or don’t exist. They fooled me (by selling this defective product & additional warranty) and many other customers.
I request you to take strict action against sargam and resolve my issues and want compensation from them for cheating me…

We purchased BOSCH WOE704W0IN WASHING MACHINE on 13/03/2021 from your Kohat enclave showroom vide invoice no PP[protected]Balram) with extended warranty for three years(SPD DGEXTWTY 2900 3yr bearing invoice no DG-PP[protected]. Accordingly, total warranty is for five years ie, till[protected].

The machine under reference makes a lot of noise and heavy shaking, especially during spinning cycles.

I purchased a LG top load washing machine in 2018 with 2 years warranty and purchased a extended warranty for 3 years from sargam electronic (4200 rs). Now my machine is not working and Sargam electronics are closed now. Lg said that they charge for 3rd party warranty.

We tried to contact Sargam Electronics several times but all their numbers doesn't exist now.Their showroom is also closed. Due to this we are facing problems and Panasonic company is not providing service facility without payment. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I bought Daikin an AC from Sargam Electronics Preet Vihar Store Delhi 110092 in[protected] with 3 years extended warranty.
Now my AC is not working since last year. AC Repair mechanic told me it have a big issue in its PCB and i am tryed to complain about the same many times to sargam and daikin. But Sargam Electronics not responding even their stores are also not available anymore, their contacts persons and contact number some are now fake / fraud.
Daikin Says, " Sargam Electronics are now 3rd party so they don't help me and i have to find their service centre or call to Sargam Electronics customer care for the claim.
Now, my Warranty period is over without resolving my issue.
This is my request to you to kindly so the needful against my issue.

Purchased led bpl tv, bp1067 rohit sharma on[protected], also paid extended warranty for 2 years costing 1900/- but no clue regarding the service and complaint for the issue in the tv

I bought split AC from Sargam electronics, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Dealer on 23 June 2019. Dealer offered me 3 year Extended warranty from 23 June 2020 to 24 June 2023. For the last 6 months I am trying to contact them but none of your phone and email id is working. The store got closed and I need your help as my split AC is not working. I am sending you product details, warranty details, and invoice in attachment. Please lodge a complaint and arrange a service.

I bought a Sansui 50" TV from Sargam Electronics, Ghaziabad in the year 2021, which I was told two years of complete warranty, but the lines are coming on the panel of my TV, due to which I am having trouble in entertainment
Along with this, I had also taken additional warranty for two years from Sargam Electronics. I hope you will understand my problem and also solve it.
