I purchase Window Ac last year & along this I purchase 3 year extended warranty Scheme From Sargam Electronics Narela, Delhi -110040 For my panasonic Window Ac. Due to Sargam Electronics company shut down from narela, their is no alternate option to contact with them and all contact no. of this company has been switch off. Plz help me to use my Extended warranty scheme from Sargam electronics....

I brought LG refrigerator in November 2019. i have the warranty card but on that card there is no any sign and stamp given by you when i purchased.
LG customer care required duplicate bill from me where i bought the refrigerator. Request you to please provide duplicate bill so that i can show them for further process to repair my LG refrigerator.

I had purchased 2 led tv of sansui company from sargam electronics, model town, delhi outlet on date[protected] with rs 19000 per each tv.
At the time of purchase the executive of sargam told me tv has 3 years warranty from company side and you can extend 2 years more warranty with sargam electronics AMC plan of rs 3800. So I paid AMC amount for extend the extra 2 years warranty with the of my both smart led tv on date[protected].br...

My Godrej Refrigerator is not working since 12/1/2025. I purchased from sargam electronics on 12/3/2019. I called Godrej customer care. They told compressor needs to be replaced. My refrigerator comes with 10 years warranty of compressor .Iam not having bill. I went to sargam electronics for generation of duplicate bill. All sargam electronics are closed.
Kindly help me in generating duplicate bill. Godrej must be maintaining database of all purchases. I have already spent Rupees 5000/-on gas filling and fan in freezer.

I purchased Daikin Split AC from Sargam on 07.05.2018 with 5 years compressor warranty. I have also extended warranty for 2 years after paid Rs.4100/- on 07.05.2018.

Now, my compressor is defective but neither Daikin nor Sargam replace my compressor under warranty.

I am unable to contact DG service centre or sargam electronics for the extended warranty that I purchased with my Lg 43 inch LED TV ON 22/11/2028 for a Period of 5 years amounting to Rs.7000 which is valid till 21 Nov 2023.

We purchased Daikin split AC 1 tonn from Sargam Electronics Noida, Sector 18, UP on 28th Feb 2021. SPD DG SAC EXTWTY 6600 3 YR warranty, We are facing problem now in cooling, when contacted Daikin service customer care, they said post sharing details that from company it's 2 year warranty & extended warranty is not showing from Sargam for which we paid 6600 rupees, Shop is closed with all no. Switched off ( from invoice). They have cheated us, we wanted to register complaint & either want this to be repairec under sargams warranty ot my money back, please help.

I purchased Lg double door fridge on 26/10/2019 from Sargam Laxmi Nagar store LG product detail Number- GL-T302RPZU/2019. I also bought an extended warranty of 3 years.
My warranty will expire on 26/10/2023.
However I wanted to use my warranty now since my fridge has stopped working. However Neither sargam number are working nor DG care number are working.

My name is Sachin Bhardwaj. I had purchased a new sansui led tv (Invoice no.PP[protected] and also a 3 years SPD DG 3 year extended warranty(invoice no.DG-PP[protected] on it. After one year, i started facing some issues in tv so i contacted sargam via calls and even emails. I tried calling and they picked luckily and registed the complaint by saying that it would be resolved but it was a lie.
So I visited the sargam store and they contacted the sansui customer care and registerd complaint regarding my tv and said that you need not to pay because of additional warranty purchased. Company engineer came and resolved the issue and asked for money. I contacted sargam and they refused to pay and saying that now pay money and it will be refunded . So paid the money. Yesterday, when i turned the tv suddenly noticed some sparks coming out of tv. I got electric shock in trying to turning off the tv.
So I contacted yesterday and today also but all the numbers provided by them is not reachable meaning either they are switched off or don’t exist. They fooled me (by selling this defective product & additional warranty) and many other customers.
I request you to take strict action against sargam and resolve my issues and want compensation from them for cheating me…

We purchased BOSCH WOE704W0IN WASHING MACHINE on 13/03/2021 from your Kohat enclave showroom vide invoice no PP[protected]Balram) with extended warranty for three years(SPD DGEXTWTY 2900 3yr bearing invoice no DG-PP[protected]. Accordingly, total warranty is for five years ie, till[protected].

The machine under reference makes a lot of noise and heavy shaking, especially during spinning cycles.

I purchased a LG top load washing machine in 2018 with 2 years warranty and purchased a extended warranty for 3 years from sargam electronic (4200 rs). Now my machine is not working and Sargam electronics are closed now. Lg said that they charge for 3rd party warranty.

I had extended my tv insurance by Sargam Electronics. Now my tv stopped working properly. We tried to contact Sargam Electronics several times but all their numbers doesn't exist now.Their showroom is also closed. Due to this we are facing problems and Panasonic company is not providing service facility without payment. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
