I would like to submit a final complaint in writing before i proceed to possible legal action. This complaint concerns the laptop i bought from your company on 18/7/2018. Laptop hp 15-bs662tu cnd8181sr5

The laptop was purchased new. I have included a receipt listing the features and protection guaranteed by your company. Among them is a warranty on the all the parts and labor. Another is 24/7 customer service for any issues that arise. And also block my loan no.401cdd82220313
