I have bough LG split AC from Sargam Electronic (Preet Vihar, Delhi) and their DG care extended warranty for 3 years. Now, I have registered a repair complaint on 24th March 2022 having Ticket ID-226019 but the LG service executive refused to do the repair as they were saying that Sargam Electronics havn't cleared their pending dues from the past 4 months so they have stopped their repair request. Now, when i try to contact their customer support nobody pickup the call and automated machine drops the call when i ask from complaint status.
This is very unprofessional. I ask Sargam Electronic to kindly look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. If this issue is not resolved quickly I will strongly recommend that nobody should buy their extended warranty and should always buy extended warranty from the product company.
