Very worst service from your sargam electronics kanti nagar. My carrier Ac is not working.. I registered complaint at your store kanti nagar branch. On 30july 18 to Ms jaiba (staff). Nxt day she called me and ask again bill for registration, i hv 3 yr extended warrent from sargam elec. But still m.waiting ur technician.more than 10 days. I want my rs5000 back of exetended warrnty charge .bcz at the tim of purchasing u guys give lot of benefits..but your service is worst..just a gas fillomg problem..and take 10 days..why..i dont want any excuse give me my 5k back to me.i wi take private service no need extended warranty. Pathetic service non customer friendly, sold defected AC and not ready to accept it customer is being harrased by the staff in terms of money and service. Janakpuri branch, saleas person Joginder not serving customer properly.
