Sari Bhandar — wrong product one sari instead of two | |||||
Same thing happened with me. On april 18th 2019 i ordered two sarees but i received only one that too not of my choice. I tried to call on the numbers given on the website but always i received the msg that "your call is being forwarded" and then no response. I emailed about this within 24 hours as per their rules of return but no response to email. Any how i tracked with courier service ecom express and i got personal no. Of owner of saribhandar. When i contacted him at first he denied about any relation with sari bhandar. Again i contacted him and told about fact. Then he accepted but he was telling me, don't harrass. It was very shocking me because as a customer i was getting harrased by service of sari bhandar. Any how i have returned the product to them by courier and now i am waiting for refund.
