I ordered a silk saree on their app saribox.com, and received a cheap quality printed saree for ₹1600. Since 12 dec 2019 i have gad placed a request to return the product but still it is pending. I have been sending mails their reply is horrible it says "its a long process you can wait" .. Below is the address of the industry
