I have booked a saree on 18th sep 2020 in
(Website) saribox.com surat gujarat based which is worth of ₹ 1, 500, and i paid online.
In the process they delivered the product through ecom express on 21st sep to me.
So when i opened it... It was completely different quality which i booked.
They are making people fool.

Even in their site they mentioned return /refund option...

My order number is[protected] may 22but I received totally different one on June 3rd.i want the same saree which was ordered by me....

I ordered a silk saree on their app saribox.com, and received a cheap quality printed saree for ₹1600. Since 12 dec 2019 i have gad placed a request to return the product but still it is pending. I have been sending mails their reply is horrible it says "its a long process you can wait"

I ordered two soft silk sarees for 1299 payment was successful towards razorpay. Order was placed but no details about shipping and delivery. I mailed to the gateway of payment. They told they will contact the merchant. But still no response. If i see the saribox.com it says order placed. Whta about the further processing? I have submitted the screen shots of my purchase and debit in my account...

Saribox.com deliver me wrong and poor quality product and now they are not responding. Coustmer care no. Is switch off. Not replying on what's app they are continuously ingnoring the msgs.. This is cyber crime.. This is mental tourcher and financial tourcher also for middle-class people. A proper legal action should take against such type of cyber crime.....

Pl note that i have ordered a sari online through saribox on 12th september2019 and was delivered to me on 17th september2019. Service was prompt but the quality of the sari is very poor. It was mentioned soft silk sari but it is not. This is like the company is cheating people and not responding to given mail query. [protected]@gmail.com
Neither the given customer care...

Please note that we are not satisfied with the quality of saree delivered and there is non response from their customer care number given as [protected].

Saribox is shipping cheap quality saress and cheating to customers by online. Today my sister received the shipment of 6 sarees after opening it is totally mismatching of my order and cheap quality of sarees. Please take the necessary action against sari box sir and instruct to return the funds sir.

I have ordered a [protected]@ sari box.com but after the product was delivered it was damaged and didn't match with the pic they sent me before ordering. I am asking for refund but they are not responding. I even made several calls to them but they are not providing solution they are trying to cheat customers. We have ordered a saree from this site, we have received a different color. Hence we request them for return. Inspite of taking the product back they are taking abusing words in email

Wrong item delivered with wrong colour pattern with low quality... Plz accept our msg and refund our money as soon as possible... Rupees 2480.We dint expect this kind of stuff, so irresponsible of the product. They have send very low quality items so we don't want it... It's not the same Saree which we gave ordered it's completely different from colour to the pattern. And they have given a chudihar piece instead of Saree...uts very disgusting...

I am Betty Kuriakose. I bought a saree from Saribox for Rs[protected]+50). In the ad they had said that the saree is soft silk. But it is absolutely very cheap shining satin cloth not even worth RS 180/-. Unable to contact customer care. This company should be removed from online trading as they are cheaters.

I have ordered chennai silk sari from saribox but received a fake replicated polyester cloth design.
The received cloth is not worth even 500/_
I have lost my 1800 rupees and the customer care of company talked rudely when i asked about bad quality products and
They said they won't return my money back to bank account
I want saree displayed as in website of company with exchange for present one. Or else i want...

I have received the delivery today morning on 14th april, but the product delivered is fake and is not at all as shown in the image. I am not able to send the email to the id : [protected]@[protected]@gmail.com in the return policy of their website. It seems to be totally fraud and fake website cheating people. Stringent action needs to be taken on such companies....

I just got the product i'm telling genuinely plz don't go through this website. At first when we ordered the product they call to us after complaining about the damaged product they are not responding after calling so many times one lady pick the call and saying we don't have return option and we are saying the saree is damaged and the colour also looks so dull like they have already washed it for 10 times.. To all customers who are planning to buy from sari box, pls don't buy.. The rate, quality and the design and color is entirely different from what they display and what they send..

This is a Fraud site which worst to worst products which you can throw directly in garbage. I bought a silk saree for 1600Rs. I checked with the customer care team if the product will be same as what is shown in the picture. The lady said yes absolutely. What i received in turn was a faded low quality synthetic saree. How can somebody say silk saree and then sell a synthetic saree. Absolute frauds. They are using fancy saree pics. Please...

I ordered a saree from saribox for which I paid 1, 800 Rupess, but its quality is so poor. I am trying to return it but i can't find the option and when i call the customer care the line doesn't ring at all. The saree shown in the picture is not relating to the order at all. I purchased 1 saree from saribox with rs 1449. They said it is softsilk but what i received was cheeplooking satin saree. Decided to return the day itself i got. I ordered a green blue combination saree for 1450 rs through saribox. When i received it was 100% different from the pic and the quality of the product was sooo bad. I messaged to the no were i have placed the order no response. I mailed multiple times no response. Ringed to nos given in fb page no one is taking up. No return option in their website.
