I made a payment towards a purchase of a saree. Through phonepe via razorpay gateway. Money rs.1699 debited and credited to merchants account. But it's not showing anywhere in saribox.com site or wallet.
I wanted now my money back refund.
There is no customer care no. To contact a person. The existing no. Does not work.
Simply razorpay & saribox.com people are cheating customer. I uploaded transaction details.
Kindly do the needfu.
