These saribox site is a fraud selling cheap quality sarees and not even answering mails they are selling 100 rupees saree for 999 and not taking return order and not answering any of the mail they are cheating selling torned cheap quality saree and when we try to call them they are cutting the call. And in the site they are now not even showing are order history. Please do something about it please...

I ordered a saree on may 22 worth rs 1499 in sari box. I paid the amount but today i received totally different saree with low prize. It is ordered for special occasion but disappointed. Please you try to change my ordered saree. My order number is[protected]....

It's completely a cheat company. I ordered a long party wear kurti urgently for one of my function and i asked if they can deliver it in 2-3 days. They said yes we will deliver and payment shall be cod. I purchased a saree after seeing photo from saribox website. The material received is totally different and very poor quality. Last 5 days i am trying to call them on their number that provided on web site. The given number is not picking up anybody. There is no chance to contact them, no reply on whats app or on mail.

I had placed an order for 2 sarees. What i received is completely different from the picture shown on your site. From that day i've written at least 10 mails but haven't received any reply. I had ordered a lenhga set from saribox.com. The product delivered is entirely different - different material and different design. No similarity at all.
Submitted a return request on the same day. It said that customer care will call within 3 days.
I did not receive any call from their end. I tried to call on the customer care phone provided[protected]. It doesn't connect at any time.

Probably one of the gutsy fraudulent portal to still exist in this tech savvy world. All the new portals have such good customer support wherein www.saribox.com thinks we are still in the early 2000s where you can easily fool the customer and get away with this. I had ordered two products from their portal on the eve of my mother's birthday, not only did they ruin the emotions and trust entrusted in them but they have taken up against a customer...

Order lehanga at online saribox. Its totally different product. Trying to return the lehanga. Nobody responding. Sent them mail also. No response. I have tried calling them from contact no. But no one is responding...
My amount of 1499 should be returned back to me. I don't want to owe this product. Action should be taken against them so that in future atleast others don't get cheated by this type of frauds...

I ordered a saree frpm saribox.com but the one which i received was entirely different. The website holds a customer care number which is always non pickable and also there is a policy of exchane mentioned in their website and they fail to do the same . They are so so irresponsible that they dont even reply for waadsapp messages even after looking at it.

The money is not a problem here but the cheated victims should get justice...

I ordered 2 sarees from this website. I rechecked with them 3 times about the order & specifications they have mentioned. They said it's exactly as shown in picture. I paid 3550 rs for 2 sarees. And when I received the order, It was extremely disappointing to see the items.
Very cheap quality & not even 10% similar to what they have shown in website. Also they have no customer care service & non of the number shown in their website...

Saribox is a fraudulent site which has provided me with a saree which is not related to the one i have ordered. Even after mails on return and refund they don't get back to me. Do they think people sitting at one end with hell a lot of work and try to order something which they wanted are fools??? This should be seriously taken care and my amount of 1549 should be returned back to me. I don't want to owe this saree. Action should be taken...

I made a payment towards a purchase of a saree. Through phonepe via razorpay gateway. Money rs.1699 debited and credited to merchants account. But it's not showing anywhere in saribox.com site or wallet.

I have complaint on 11 July for receiving payment but not delivering product from saribox.com but I got call from the saribox in morning around 7 am today and said your order got cancelled we will refund your money later he asking Debit card details like debit card number and expired date. Later while while taking call got disconnected. He called me again abusing me saying why did you disconnected and saying that I am not going to pay whatever...

I had ordered for a maroon colored, soft silk saree. The product received is a completely different saree. Neither the colour is matching nor the material is soft silk. They do not even have any order cancelation option or a refund policy. Do not fall for the pretty sarees that are displayed in their website. All of them are eye catching in an affordable price range, but they are just making fool of people....

This is fraud site.. They make people fool of the customers. They say pure soft silk saree and deliver a poor quality low grade product... The colour also they show is different when we get the product. U say the product is checked before delivering but the product had so many stains. Never trust saribox. I made a mistake by buying a product from this site...

I had ordered a saree on apr 14, 2019. I received it today. The saree is of very poor quality. The description mentioned silk saree but it is not silk. Also colour is different from what is shown in picture. The material is really very bad and not worth the price of the saree. Horrible experience. At a very high price they have given cheap quality product. And because it was discounted it can't be returned. Horrible experience....

I ordered lc6 product code lehnga from saribox.com. I received completely different product which is no use for me and i want to return it. I am continuously calling to customer care number but they are not picking my call. I messaged them on whatsapp also but they are not replying at all for which i have proof. I had ordered for two sarees on 16th jan and it's not delivered till now. I have emailed the customer care and there is no response, tried to reach the customer care by call, after getting connected they will inform that they will check and call back (This has happened twice) there is no response till date. Have already paid 3000 inr. I haven't received the product nor the refund. Request your assistance...

Neither the design nor colour is matching also the material is. Also the material is not silk as they have mentioned in item description. I tried calling customer care number to return this product and got a busy tone. I think there are purposefully doing this, once the order gets delivered they don't even allow us to return. This is disgusting, please take serious action immediately as i am not the single person who got affected in this...
