Saribox.com — call in the morning and abusing me

I have complaint on 11 July for receiving payment but not delivering product from saribox.com but I got call from the saribox in morning around 7 am today and said your order got cancelled we will refund your money later he asking Debit card details like debit card number and expired date. Later while while taking call got disconnected. He called me again abusing me saying why did you disconnected and saying that I am not going to pay whatever do and wherever you complaint. First of all he called in wrong time and abusing me is this the way speak to women. These people has many contact number first time they received and take complaint later no respond to that no. If we call from other no. They ll receive.

What I am facing the problems paying money no one should not face. I want my money back or the product.

I ordered a blue soft silk saree and my order# is SB[protected]. Order got delivered on 16th Aug and immediately raised return request on 17th Aug along with pics as it is not the product I ordered for. From then i am in follow up over emails. But no body has even acknowledged my return request. This is bothering me. Please help!
