I bought yellow silk saree for my mother of ₹1399+₹50 Cod charges. ORDER ID :, SB[protected], PRODUCT ID : SB1039238. form saribox.com on 23Aug 2018. The saree i received was different from the pictures. before my purchase, they told me about 7 days replacement /refund.after receiving the faulty product when i called them about. they told me to call them after 6:00PM AND i did but their phone was unreachable. next day i called them again at regular office hours they blocked my phone number . i share the problem in their whatsapp official number [protected] they again blocked me... they are doing fraud with the customers. i want my refund but no reply from them.

I have purchased 2 saree from saribox.com website. Each saree cost rs/- 1549/-. When saree delivered i found the wrong saree and bad quality saree. I have also e mailed two three times and called 5 6 times but no response from their customer care. I have also messeged on their wats app number but no response. It seems fake company.
