I had ordered for a saree, from the online store https://www.saribox.com, but received something else with a different colour and poor quality. I talked to their customer care no,[protected]. Very arrogant response. Asking me to return the item on my own. No assurance about the return of the right product which I had ordered.
They were not apologetic for giving wrong product to us.
When the conversation went on, the lady who spoke became very arrogant and started saying whatever you want to do, do. We don't care.
I understand I have made a mistake, in buying things like this online, that too from a cheating site.
