Saribox.com — received a different product than ordered. submitted return request. no action received

I had ordered a lenhga set from saribox.com. The product delivered is entirely different - different material and different design. No similarity at all.
Submitted a return request on the same day. It said that customer care will call within 3 days.
I did not receive any call from their end. I tried to call on the customer care phone provided[protected]. It doesn't connect at any time.
Wrote an email to their customer care. Got no reply.
My order history and return history do not no show the product anymore. It used to be there in order history before the return request was placed.

Really very disappointed with the crooks running the saribox business. They are fooling innocent people.

Please take a strict action and close down this business and save more people from falling in their trap.
