Probably one of the gutsy fraudulent portal to still exist in this tech savvy world. All the new portals have such good customer support wherein www.saribox.com thinks we are still in the early 2000s where you can easily fool the customer and get away with this. I had ordered two products from their portal on the eve of my mother's birthday, not only did they ruin the emotions and trust entrusted in them but they have taken up against a customer who is ready to go all guns blazing to ensure that justice is served.

Either they prefer settling it out easily or we shall see you in court.

I ordered a saree and got a completely different one. Tried to contact them by email and whatsapp but no response. This is totally bad and I ended up losing my money for a saree which I don’t want. Try to follow the terms and conditions mentioned. Worst service.

I ordered a kurti dress. It was loking good in pic...but when i got the dress it was not that much good..it was not comfortable...fitting was not proper...on the day of order...a lady called me to confirm order...but today when i called back for return...phone was switched off...even i msg but no reply
