Saribox.com — wrong sari delivered. and customer support won't respond

I had ordered a sari costing rs. 1550 from this website seeing an ad on facebook. When i received the sari it was some other sari which was not the same color or quality than the one that i had ordered. They fool the public by showing beautiful saris in their website and when you place the order they send poor quality substandard saris. I don't think they even indicate out of stock items. So you can place order of even out of stock items for which they take money from you then deliver some other items. What's worse is that the customer support won't even acknowledge you complaints when you send them an email. Also they don't have a phone number to contact. All in all this site is a scam and i would recommend people to avoid it like the plague.
