I had ordered "glorious blue colour soft silk designer sari, sb 1062", qty 1 for rs 1449 vide order no.[protected] dated 22 july 2019. I received a sari in orange colour of a totally different design. I immediately i lodged a complaint on the same day by mail on 26/07/2019. I tried to send photos as attachment, but their server, did not accept it. There after for several reminders, i did not receive even an acknowledgement.
