Sarjit Singh — Double door fridge

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to inform you that in the month of april 17 my double door fridge went defective and through your customer care number requested was lodge and for repair of the same on 21 st of april 17 your company representative visited from jai durge refrigeration, greater noida for attending the defect while replacing the core board pcb of fridge door he has damaged the pcb cover.

He was not aware how to open the pcb cover, he has just put the screw driver inside the cover and damaged the locking pins, after that he was asking me for the fevi quick for fixing the damaged pcb cover. When i asked him to replace the cover he told me that within next two days he will be replacing the same till date i have not received any positive revert from your team.

I am dissatisfied with your service team i have tried to get the problem resolved through jai durge, i have failed to get the problem resolved, after that i tried to get it resolved through your customer care again i failed.

After my frequent failure i have lodged complain on 20/5/17 and my complain number is gb[protected] which is still pending. On other hand when i asked your customer care to connect me to some senior responsible person of whirpool or give me some alternate number as[protected] is not working, he told me he is helpless.

I am hereby requesting to get the problem resolved at the earliest, as same is pending since long.
