Sarjit Singh — low standard service

I'm writing to you to explain about a bad experience I had at ACE Honda (Naksha Enterprises Pvt Ltd), Noida for my vehicle number UP 16 AU 5489.

I would like to inform you that on 06-08-17, I gave my car for servicing to the ACE Honda (Naksha Enterprises Pvt Ltd) and my car was delivered after servicing on 07-08-17, reason behind delay of delivery was told to me that there is some issues in car sensors, which they will be checking tomorrow and after that they will be delivering car.

On 21-08-17 the vehicle developed serious faults of Break issue, when I was driving car with my complete family.I got Disc Brake pads replaced from road side mechanic. I am unable to understand if Brake pads thickness were not proper then why same were not replaced during servicing of my car.

I am unable to understand why me and my family life was put on risk ?

On other hand on 22-10-17 my car battery stopped working, as per ACE Honda Invoice dated 22-10-17, they have claimed from me for servicing of battery, if battery was week then why same was not replaced or informed to me. at the time of servicing of car.

I am unable to understand if the delivery of car was delayed due to sensor issue, then why soon after servicing of car ABES and Hand brake signal started indicating . Why problem was not resolved before delivery of car. At the time of giving car for servicing none of the failure indication was indicating on the display.

After servicing of the car right side Fog lamp was damaged by ACE team and I came to know about that when it was mentioned in the Invoice and same was not replaced by them. Fog lamp was not damaged when car was given for servicing and same was not mentioned in the job card, because at the time of pick up of car Fog lamp was not damaged.

Today, my car was picked up from my residence for replacing the damaged Fog Lamp on 01-11-17, at approximately 5.14 PM I received call from ACE Honda service person that today they will not be able to deliver my car, as driver is not available and my car was delivered after 4-5 days of repair.

I asked few worries from ACE Honda team and I was not satisfied with their reply, after that I raised my concern to National Consumer Helpline any my complain number is 504152 -

(a) Why Dish Brake pads were not checked and replaced during servicing ?
(b) Why amount for checking Front and Rear Brake pads thickness is charged ?
(c) Who would be responsible if me and my family would have met with accident ?
(d) Why servicing / checking of Battery was not done properly ?
(e) Why servicing / checking amount was was charged in Invoice once service was not provided ?
(f) Why Fog lamp got damaged during servicing and why same was not replaced before delivering the car ?
(g) Why ABS and Hand Brake signal were not rectified before delivering the car ?
(h) Why ABS and Hand Brake signal indicating soon after checking the sensors of the car ?
(i) Who is responsible for damage of my cars left side Brake drum, which got damaged due to damaged brake pads ?
(j) If all above raised point were checked during servicing then why I have faced such problem ?
(k) Today why car was not delivered after replacing the Fog lamp ?
(l) Give me one reason you paying the amount claimed in the Tax Invoice ?

I feel I have been cheated by ACE Honda (Naksha Enterprises Pvt Ltd).
