Sir i purchased a new phone from amazon and i returned the phone to amazon and they told me to give refund of my phone and thay give me a referral code and told me that go to the bank and i go to bank told about this bank officer told me that bank call care this is not my work and told me to go amazon for this. And amazon told me go to bank. But bank officer are not helping me... My refund amount is 16998 koi meri help nhi kr rhai h..
