Sarva Shiksha Solutions — money fraud of scholarship,not giving money back | |||||
Company person :- Ganesh patil called me in the month of april and ask me to subscribe to there education kit it was there campaign for some childrens They ask me to pay rs(8, 000) for there educational kit and after that my they told that my son got a scholarship and told me amount to pay approx of 30, 000 after that they were taking money from us telling this is for several id and processing fees and uptill now thay had took an approx amount of 2.79 lakhs my scholarship manager name is ms Radhika and now they are not picking up the call. Previously they were making excuse that they are not in office, not feeling well etc etc. But now they are not picking up the call i had managed money by selling my mangalsutra and other gold stuff and by borrowing by neighbours to pay them and i didn't known about these fraud company please help me and they were telling us that i[censored] didn't pay money then ur previous money will be cancelled and there will be no refund they were only calling when they need money Please, please help me with these case i have all receipts that i had neft to there account i have all proof and now they are not picking up call they had delayed scholarship money many times and now i'm frustrated please see to my matter that take action as soon as possible Im requesting to director neelesh to give my money back. Have investigated the matter and below mentioned are my comments :
(1) We are a telesales company that promotes digital education for Classes 1 to 12 - SSC / CBSE / ICSE Boards.
(2) Our content is available via Pendrives / Tablets / Laptops. The content is pre loaded and does not require any data connectivity.
Further with regards to your complaint, please note that :
(a) Amount paid by you is 2.21 lacs and not 2.79 lacs as mentioned by you.
(b) The entire amount paid by you is towards Educational Content and the same has been delivered to you via 7 couriers sent between May'19 to Jul'19.
(c) Details of the couriers received by you are as follows :
15th May'19 - Pendrive
5th Jun'19 - Laptop
12th Jun'19 - Pen Drive
25th Jun'19 - Pen Drive
8th Jul'19 - Tablet
18th Jul'19 - Laptop
20th Jul'19 - Pen Drive
Invoices for the same can be provided on request.
(d) Further please note that against every payment received, we out call the customer inquiring about the purpose of payment and clearly verify that the payment has been made for the purchase of digital content and not anything else.
(e) The purpose of this call is to avoid any mis selling by our distributors.
(f) Call recordings for all the above products can also be provided on request.
(g) Also please note that we do not provide scholarship of any kind but do have a sponsorship program based on your wards academic improvement after using our content. The details of the same are provided on our website.
