It is a company cheating people in the name of providing education solutions for your children once you buy their product their people contact you in the name of providing scholarship benefits of government schemes and tell to pay the money with different reasons and the person never gets any scholarship

Sir/madam,
Yesterday 10th to12th education kit Sarvshiksha solution llp received but I have not purchase product, I don't want this kit. I have done the last payment for scholarship not for this kit, so pl return my 33000 payment and this kit is not useful for me.
I had already purchased one kit of 6th and 9th for my childrens and for this I separately paid 14000/-

Company person Harshada chauvhan called me on 21/12/2018 and asked to subscribe for educational cd for my daughter. It was campaign day as per her call.

She asked me to fill rs 10000 and assured that cash back will be given upon receiving the material. Till now i haven't received the refund amount..

This company's agent calling me time to before 15 days for getting children's scholarship upto 12 th, says yearly given 40/50 k to child, & demands money for it, from Nsg, nothing yet not i got as commitment of 7April last, date.after 2 days agian call me for deposit 15k, The fraud with me hoto 41k

so parents get confused & they Take Un do advantage of that
also harassing on continuous Call, if not interested very rude language using, must take Strict action Against Them...

Sarva shiksha solutions company person ms pratiksha patil ([protected]) called me in the month of june 2019 and ask me to subscribe to their education kit for standard one for my son.
She asks me to pay rs 12, 000/- for their educational kit which i pay online through razorpay. Pratiksha patil provided me a link for online payment and tell me that i will get 40% of paid amount as special discount. When they received payment (22/08/2109), she asked me to provide my son's school syllabus details and address for courier delivery. After a few days, i received a courier (28/08/2019) with a pen drive and a cd. As my son studied the pen drive, he complained me that entire syllabus is not covered, only a few chapters are included.
After a few days, pratiksha patil gave me a call and told me that sarva shiksha solutions has announced a scholarship of rs 44, 000/-. A few days later ms namrata from this company gave me a call and asked me to deposit rs 14, 000/- to make unique id of my son for scholarship. When i informed this to pratiksha patil she told me that this is company procedure, and this is refundable amount and i will receive it within 8 days. She provided me razorpay link for online payments. I paid the money through this link (31/08/2019) and provide my bank account details to receive scholarship.
Again after a few days, mr ravi (Accountant, mob - [protected]) from this company gave me a call and asked me to deposit rs 15, 000/- for my bank account verification. When i informed this to pratiksha patil she told me that this is company procedure, and this is refundable amount and i will receive it within 8 days. This time i refused to pay the amount, but pratiksha patil convinced me to get this amount back in 8 days and though i didn’t have money she insisted me to use credit card for this payment. This time she provided me easebuzz link for online payments. I paid the money through this link (10/09/2019).
After a few days this company send me a courier, but as i nobody was at my home, my neighbor receives this courier. When we returned and opened the courier, i found a basic tab (Whose cost is @ rs 3500/- on amazon) and an invoice of rs. 29000/-. When i inform this to pratiksha patil, she told me that the invoice is just for official purpose, the tab is a gift and your amount is safe and refundable which you will receive in a few days.
From that day i have given several calls to pratiksha patil and ravi for the refundable amount, but both are not receiving my calls. Sometimes pratiksha patil receives my calls but she is giving several reasons about refundable amount. Once she again asked me to deposit rs 10000/- which i refused.
I request you to look into the matter i help me to get my entire amount back as this is a fraud.

I ordered education tab for 12500/-, company excutive told me, for that i have to pay 25000/- in which 12500/- will be refunded, but again company executive told me for refund process u have to rtgs more money, 7000/- + 5000/-+5000/-, for refund i transfered again 17000/- total i paid to company 42000/-, but i don’t get my money back from company, the product of company also useless, company cheated me, please take action on company, as soon as possible, all transactions are online, i have receipt also

They ask me to pay rs(8, 000) for there educational kit and after that my they told that my son got a scholarship and told me amount to pay approx of 30, 000 after that they were taking money from us telling this is for several id and processing fees and uptill now thay had...

As time to time from Sarva Shiksha Solutions PRO miss/mrs pratiksha patil madam ask for depositing payment against education kit and scholarship and i deposit it thru given link by them and said that this is the last transaction, after this u r payment will deposited in u r given account, yet still today no payment are deposited in my a/c, its a frustrating think for parents

She asked me to fill rs 6000 and assured that cash back of rs 2500 will be given upon receiving the material.

Amount was deposited through razorpay gateway sent by mrs patil. She sent me screen shot that it was not received and asked to pay again. Made constant calls to get it deposited.

Since then i am trying to get the refund from sarv shiksha. Mrs patil is spending my time and asked to contact razor pay. Razor pay also clarified that amount is with sarv shiksha.

Still mrs patil is taking time to check the issue. Educational cds are not complete, only 3 subjects are there, cash discount of rs 2500 is not given and double deposit was not refunded till date.

Please help me to get the things settled.
