Sarvottam Group — Purchased a flat from vikas jain ksn sarvottam group but he is not giving flat from last 6 years

Vikas jain of ksn group is cheating me, we booked a flat in sarvottam pride near atal chowk vasundhara ghaziabad in 2011, but till date 7 july 2016 the project is only 25 % completed. when i asked mr. vikas jain about the status, he was talking very rudely. i have already given 80 % amount of the total cost of flat,

So by this post i want to share this with all the new buyers who want to purchase flat from him please be careful because he is a fraud person.

I am also attaching the logo of his company where he says "where dreams come true", but actually it should be "where dreams will never come true"

Dear sir we purchased a flat from sarvottam group in 2010, the project name is sarvottam pride
But the project is not yet completed we have already paid 80 % amount to builder, but the builder mr. Vikas jain is not completing the project, the project is currently on hold,

So some one please suggest me what actions i should take against him
