I got a lehenga from this brand, in February which didn’t fit me fell so I returned the same to the brand on 5th February 2026, their refund timeline is 15-20 working days. However, even after 3 months of continuously following up they have failed to do my refund! Everytime I ask for the refund I am given a razorpay link, which has failed 10-12 times till now. And even if today when I’ll ask for the payment, they will give me the same razorpay link, which fails every time Was this information helpful? |
