I ordered a coord from sassafras but they sent the wrong size. I initiated an exchange but the delivery got delayed by 2 weeks and now it is returning to the seller, all my emails have been met with generic replies and there is no assurance that the refund will get paid back...

I ordered a pink trousers from the aforementioned brand on flipkart. But, instead I have received a completely torn, damaged product (almost a rug). This is very shocking and humiliating. The piece of cloth is also smelling and I cannot even touch it. I reached to flipkart customer care to resolve my issue, but I'm unsure if they'd be able to resolve my issue. I paid a sum of rupees 719 for the product. Please look into my problem.

Hi Sassafras customer service team,
I have replied multiple times now that I did not receive any barcode with this order nor was this item tagged when I received it.
Kindly also note that it is not normal practice to videograph yourself while opening packages. I received this package through "Shiprocket" and their email stated that they are delivering a "Black Satin Shirt" attached below.
Kindly refund me my entire order amount or send me my items at the earliest.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service from you and I will be lodging a complaint with the appropriate authorities at Consumer forum if this issue is not resolved within a couple of days.
Kindly take note that there is no action from your end whatsoever whereas I am asked to provide barcodes and videos which is an unreasonable expectation from a paying customer.
Kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

I ordered an outfit on 8th of June
Received it on size XL instead and filed for an exchange S
No availability of S, so i ordered it in M.
The original package of size XL has been taken away.
No returns or no exchanges or anything i have received.
I emailed them million times only to get replies that *raise a return*
It has already been so 10+ days.
I am disappointed...

Sassafras/ Refund not received
I recently returned a product to sassafras, they were very prompt in replying back to my mails until the product reached them, after that they have not given me any instructions on when or how to I get my money back . They haven't even replied to my mails, I've sent a number of them . It has almost been more than 10 days since the product reached them and I haven't been refunded yet .

Even After Reminding Them Since The Past 3 Months, They Have Manipulated Me By Telling Lies And Decieved Their Customers. There Have Been More Than 20 Email Threads Between Them And Me Through Email, Since They Dont Have A Phone Number On Their Website. This Is So Aggravating. I Am College Student And Stealing Our Money Like This Is So Inhumane. Companies Like These Should Just Shut Their "Bussiness' Down And Sit At Home....
