Hi Sassafras customer service team,
I have replied multiple times now that I did not receive any barcode with this order nor was this item tagged when I received it.
Kindly also note that it is not normal practice to videograph yourself while opening packages. I received this package through "Shiprocket" and their email stated that they are delivering a "Black Satin Shirt" attached below.
Kindly refund me my entire order amount or send me my items at the earliest.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service from you and I will be lodging a complaint with the appropriate authorities at Consumer forum if this issue is not resolved within a couple of days.
Kindly take note that there is no action from your end whatsoever whereas I am asked to provide barcodes and videos which is an unreasonable expectation from a paying customer.
