I booked air ticket for Shrinagar to Jammu for 4.7.2024 booking Id is #SSF01215402 when payment is done successfully of Rs. 7138 and Booking is in progress!
Your payment is sucessfully recieved. Your booking will be confirmed with in 30-45 minutes after 1 hr i called to +[protected] this number he said pay additional Rs 4320/- to conform the ticket otherwise ticket will be cancel and you will gate refund after two days, Again I call for same then they said please send Rs.3850 otherwise your ticket will cancel and no refund will received I requested so many times for additional amount but their senior told me that final you pay Rs. 3500/- and send a payment link to me and after payment he send me conformed ticket It is not correct.
