I made some bookings today for 4 persons and my nephew was doing at same time for 3 persons. After making payment the website showed a different flight being booked for the same destination. The web page mentioned that it will take 30-45 mins for the tickets to be booked and if no details are received by customer they can contact their call centre.
Got in touch with the call centre immediately and a lady called Laxmi came on line and...

My partial payment was deducted and my refund is not started and I have called the number 10 times at least. booking id : #SSF01307403...

I booked the ticket from Sasta Safaar and now I'm suffering badly. I have received a mail from the stating that the flight has been cancelled from the airlines end. However when I checked with the Spicejet airlines, they are saying that they require a mail from Sasta Safar to confirm my booking as my booking has been done in group booking without my name....

While you have exclusive deals which you run in your platform...it is unwise to keep certain information hidden in your T&C...information that your name will be updated in the airlines platform only 12 hours prior to flight is a huge inconvenience since seat selection and web checkin processes are delayed...it is not only important that you safeguard your interests...but also keep in mind passenger concerns...this should be highlighted at...

I booked tickets in NOK AIR ( HYDERABAD TO BANGKOK ) for 7 members amount of RS 1, 76, 692/- paid through my credit card 12-feb-2024 at 14.31 pm. after paying amount tickets status was in pending and we received a call from service team saying return tickets are not confirmed...

I booked SpiceJet flight from Gorakhpur to Mumbai via Sasta Safar. Ticket cost was 14, 155 INR. On flight cancellation by Spice Jet they refunded 11, 277 INR. They have totally kept 2878 INR for themselves stating they do not refund conveyance fees and GST.
This is ridiculous. They can deduct processing charge for them as other portal do but looting customer with such a heavy amount is not done.
Need help here.

I bought ticket online from spice jet New Delhi to Patna by sasta safar website. But my ticket PNR is not working it's looks like fake ticket. So please take necessary action against sasta Safar website and try to refund my money back....

I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai for Nov 14, 2023. Flight was booked on Oct 09, 2023 by Sasta Safar and flight was from Spicejet SG8701 with Booking iD: SSF00872199 and PNRDDS1VG. Than i was informed on Oct 27, 2023 that my flight has been cancelled and they have initiated refund.
The amount paid by me was 20484/- for the flight tickets and refund issued was 19208/-. The flight was cancelled by airline...

Do not book ticket from sasta safar they are cheater they will deduct the amount and also will not give you ticket.
It will show it's in progress then suddenly customer care will call you and will tell you rate increase you have to pay more to book that particular ticket and then such a rude customer care

I had paid INR.12000 for flight tickets between blr to goa and did not receive the tickets and it still says pending status.

I had booked tickets vide Booking Id : #SSF00826153 and subsequently i wanted to modify the booking which i had tried through website during i receive following error message continuously;

I booked ticket for 70, 997 and they confirmed my ticket of less price which was of 52, 331. The price of ticket on the airline official website is 52, 545 which is seen in below attached picture. The Sasta Safar didn't provide me the difference amount. They scammed me by changing my entire flight which was cheaper than the one I paid for. Please help me with it.

I had booked a flight ticket on 15th may 2023 from sasta safar travel website they deducted the amount but didn't receive any ticket nor any message or sms i tried to contact customer support they said that they had initiated the refund and it will reflect on my account within 48hrs but still i didn't receive any amount i request you to please help me out

I have booked a flight ticket from sasta safar.Com on[protected]. Details are : passenger name :mr azam ali khan flying from bahrain to hyderabad via sharjah on[protected].
When i discussed about the norms from sasta safar.Com customer care regarding cancellation policy, they said after all taxes, surcharges i will get the amount of four thousand and some change, actual ticket is rupees 17, 121/- so they deducted 13ooo/- inr.

I had booked flight tickets from New Delhi to Pune on 8th April 2023. The payment was deducted but the tickets and PNR was fake and did not match. The company is fraudulent and it should not be listed on Google....

I had booked ticket and it shows booking in progress, saying i need to pay extra 13000 to complete payment. Since I already paid full amount for travel I couldn't do anything. This should not happen to others and this site should be blocked forever.

Booked round trip tickets from Mumbai to Hyderabad but no confirmation of tickets despite deduction of money. Furthermore, received a call demanding to pay additional money for airfare increase. Total tricksters. have demanded an immediate refund which they claim to process within 15 days....
