I had lodged a complaint regarding short recipt of medicine- 2 combigans and 1 Travatan around 10 days ago. Meanwhile, I have communicated to at least 4 customer service executive. I had paid the entire amount in advance but it has neither been refunded nor replaced.
I have been a regular customer of Sasta sundar for many years. No representative from their end has contacted me also despite repeated assurances by customercare people. I FEEL CHEATED. Was this information helpful? |
