Short receipt of medicine
I had lodged a complaint regarding short recipt of medicine- 2 combigans and 1 Travatan around 10 days ago. Meanwhile, I have communicated to at least 4 customer service executive. I had paid the entire amount in advance but it has neither been refunded nor replaced.
I have been a regular customer of Sasta sundar for many years. No representative from their end has contacted me also despite repeated assurances by customercare people. I FEEL CHEATED.

I have been trying to place an order on SastaSundar since yesterday for my mom but unable to. First they deducted money n not place my order. Then when d order is placed, they CANCELLED the order for u known reason. When i tried contacting d customer service they said their server has an issue and they cannot help.
Is this the way u help d patients. Instead of helping they are creating unresolvable issues for the patient

Dear Team,
Your Haripur branch office giving fake promised to deliver medicine from 13/05/2021 to 15/05/2021, from 13/05/2021 they told me within 1-2 hr your medicine will deliver but yet(15/05/2021) its not happen and behave rudely.you can check with my registered no.[protected].

Refund status for Order 10224888667 and 9924829790

Order number [protected] and [protected] consisted of Anibur Adult Diapers in size XL, both of which were delivered on 12th April 2021.
However we placed return request on the very day, as the size was wrongly placed as XL instead of L from our side. Both the packets are sealed and the status is "Pending sellers approval" from that day. We tried to Sastasundar's local distributors, but they didn't answer. We even mailed them, upon which they provided another number. However when we called that number, the sales rep gave an invalid number as contact to get the refund approval.
We are at our wit's end. Please help in getting this resolved

Excess charge than committed

#As always i have ordered on daybefore yestery for a PENTASURE HP ...1 kg pack through whasapp to your Konnagar unit.
#As always they have confirmed me the price as Rs.1961/- ( after discount), the same price was showing on your Mobile App also. Checking the price at your mobile app i said them OK.
# Today they have send me the item with a bill of 2158/-, when the delivery man came I rang them again and again but they did not pick up the phone. As a good gesture i have paid the amount.
# Later on i have talked with your Konnagar team @ [protected]...the person who picked up the phone behaved very rudely and replied i don't know anything, i have charged whatever bill generated, if you have any complaint you talk to our customer care.
MY Complaint;
1) when they have confirmed me 1961/- after placing the order, how can the price changes and if the price changes within a second that too with a huge difference of almost 200/- they must ask me before generating a bill or sending the delivery.
2) your Mobile app is still showing theprice as 2066/-, after discount, how can they bill for 2158/-
Attaching the invoice .
Kindly reverse the excess amount charged i.e Rs. 197/-

I was working for them.. I worked for 14 days and they didn't inform me about my salary.. When i asked them about my salary they harassed me by giving many lame excuses. The owner of haldia township branch is a fraud and dishonest. I didn't get my money which i deserved. Please take an action against this.. This is an enough famous brand..

I have order Altonil plus 5, but instead of that Altonil 5mg has been delivered. Talk to the customer care executive but they don't want to replace it.

Sasta sundar has delivered Jointace C2 instead of Jointace C2 + but they have taken the price of Jointace C2 +. Cost of Jointace C2 + is more. My order no is [protected]. They do not reply over phone.

I have placed some urgent medicines on 1.5.2020. I have placed my order, paid through netbanking, but unfortunately sastasundar has deducted twice for my same order. But order has not been placed till now. They have shown after transaction that "network error we will conform through sms". Many people found the same issue. Customer care is not working. Mail is not functional.
I am really cheated by them.
Please help me to get my money back.

urgent medicine order related serious complaint
I am very much surprised and shocked with the mode of action of sasta sundar app. I have placed an order for some urgent medicines on 1.5.2020 through this app which was very urgent. They have deducted amount twice while i have put my otp through my netbanking mode of payment.. One time rs. 829... 2nd time rs. 757. Very surprised...
Problem is -
1. They have deducted twice for same order..
.2. Still no order placed from their end. No order placed.
3. They have shown a bling message that... Network error we have informed you via sms when order confirmed'
What is meaning of this note?
3. I am unable to track my order now.
4. I am unable to place order of my urgent medicines through other app as sasta sundar has already unnecessarily deducted twice for this.
Where is my order i don't know.

Medicine ordered etizola 0.5 oredr no. [protected] dated 05.04.2020 which was on the bill also. Payment made. After delivery it was noticed and complained local authority i. E mr. Jayanta dutta of ashoknagar via phone & whatsapp also with picture. Medicine was delivered on 11.04.2020 & information served on 13.04.2020.in the meantime i again asked about that said matter. I was informed that sasta sundar was also informed by him and last reply was sent by sasta sundar on 16.04.2020. Till date no communication was received by the company. If it will take more time then i have no other option to take this matter into consumer forum. Hope the matter will be solved soon.

I ordered some household products with some important medicines hrough Sastasundor App on 22nd March and paid the total billing amount online at that time.
After 2-3 days a mail received by me that my billing amount has been increased and I have to pay the balance amount by cash and next day the status is showing 'despatched'.
But still today 2nd April 2020 the order not yet delivered to me.
I sent a mail to the customer care team they are asking me to contact with customer care phone, which is already closed due to lock down and the store coordinator is also switched of his phone.
I want need the medicines urgently as the medicine was available with them when I placed the order.
If they cannot deliver it they should cancel the order and refund back so that I can arrange it my own.

It is really unfortunate that despite of reorder for my medicine (Gutsooth tab) yesterday vide order id - [protected] my order has declined by the healthbuddy (Maatara pharmacy, ph no - [protected], ajay bhattacharya) and extremely rough behaviour with me. His conversation was extremely adamant. I became extreme harassment for this purpose as i am staying out of station.
So, at this juncture kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the said person and pls give some other healthbuddy where we can order the medicine.

I have purchased medicines from www.sastasundar.com and make online payment from my debit card on 02/08/2019 and next day i initiate return from my app and delivered the seal pack medicine to the nearest hub helthbuddy dhupguri medi point. This procedure i got to know from the customer care of www.sastasundar.com.
Till today 15/10/2019 i didn't get the refund but when i call the customer care they demanding that they send the money to the associate bank account but i didnt get the amount.

Today i was placing an order of amount rs.745 through sastasundar mobile app. The payment mode was selected as paytm upi. I paid rs.745 to sasta sundar through paytm upi, amount got deducted and the transaction shown successful on paytm. But the order was not placed.
Please look into the matter on priority basis and refund the amount.

I am regular costomer of sastha sundar. I have ordered medicine for my mother on 25.03.20 but still now I am not received medicine but in tracker they show delivered. No call from sastha sundar on delay. I have call they told me deliver on Monday but I am not received. In this situation we need more support from this company but they didn't care.

I never subscribed to receive their promotional messages or mails. However, i keep receiving them.
I e-mailed them twice telling them that i never subscribed and that they must stop their promotional messages and emails to me.
However, there has been no response and i still receive the unwanted and disruptive mails.

Their representative (ph no- [protected]) are forcing me to take other medicine (Afelon tab) with my ordered medicine (Gutsooth tab) either they will cancel my order immediately. He threatened me to take other medicine (Afelon tab) and misbehaved with me and cancelled my order. I have submitted the prescription during my order.
I would like to inform you despite of complained several times within one year against their healthbuddy (Maatara pharmacy) to sastasundar they have not got any step against him (ph no- [protected]). Now this matter including all of my previous document against maa tara pharmacy (kol-56) will be refer to your higher authority if necessary.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against sastasundar healthbuddy (Maatara pharmacy). An early action in your part is highly solicited.
