I ordered a knee support hinged from the app of sastasundar. The product so ordered did not have a non returnable tag/intimation at the time of ordering. Within 15 minutes of receiving the product, i noticed that the make of the product is different from what one of my relatives ordered and also size of the product is not suited for the intended purpose. On raising the complaint, i was being provided excuses for not accepting the return since i have opened the product for trying. Very bad customer experience. The cost of the product is rs 829.
