I made a Sastasundar order of multiple medicines and supplies of amount Rs. 1248.00 on 28th July, 2022. Attached below is a screenshot of the payment receipt. However, on returning to the app, no order was recorded there. I need refund of my money immediately

    On 11 October I have issued Order for routine requirement of my wife. Till today the company did not pay any heed regarding its delivery. No message received till date for delayed delivery although during booking of order it has been assured that medicines will be delivered in the next day i.e.[protected]. Emergency need of medicine, forgetting it the company tactfully misguided customer for immediate delivery. I require attention of higher authority intervention in this regard.

        My order no is [protected]. Already paid Rs. 378 through NetBanking. Yesterday a person was delivered a wrong packet, after opening the packet, shown the items are totally different. This is embarrassed me and this sent a bad message to the company of sasta sundor. I was really shocked. How can it possible. Who packed and given this type of careless duty. Please be noted and kindly informed. I shall not be accepted unsealed or open packet.

          Today I ordered in sastasundar of Rs 1116..my registered number is [protected]..my order is not taking from sastasundar but the amount has deducted from phone pe account .and phone pe confirm me that the transaction has successfull and contact sastasundar for refund... please refund my amount.

            At the time of placing order showing lesser price but when deliver the material charging high price.

            Mucaine Mint Gel 200 ml at the time of placing order its price was Rs.136
            but at the time of delivery its price was Rs. 150 they also mention price change.

            when I call at store they trying to understand me many thing but end of the day they charging high price without my concern.

              I ordered a medicine on 16.3.21. I ordered quantities which are more than I required. Actually 1 pack of medicine contains 4 units. I missed this information during placing order. I placed the return request on 19.03.21. But one month has passed. I called the customer care . They refused to take return. I am attaching the screen shot .

                Yesterday on 24/02/2021 at 11.15 a.m. I made a transaction of Rs.917/- through ICICI Bank netbanking. It was for purchasing medicines through Sastasundar app. Though the payment was successful it did not reach to Sastasundar. As I did not receive confirmation from Sastasundar, I asked them & they said that they have not received the payment. email from my bank shows that Rs.917/- has been paid to PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS.
                I request you to revert this payment to my account.

                  I ordered medicine amounting rs 283. Due to network issue rs 283 got debited but the order was not confirmed.

                  Paytm has already confirmed about the transaction. They said it is merchant side issue.
                  Kindly do the needful and refund the money at the earliest. All the supporting attachments like transaction of screenshot is provided.

                    Dear sir, i am amit kumar panja, residing amta, howrah, 711401. I was a employee of sasta sundar (Hb amta medical) as a role of r. M. Till 8 months above. But owner nazmul hossain discharged me without any reasonable fault of myself and without any notice provide. So i am now in family problem. I beg you please take a necessary action against it and i want a claim of rs. 2 lakhs from him for this crime. Please help me.

                      not accepting product return

                      I ordered a knee support hinged from the app of sastasundar. The product so ordered did not have a non returnable tag/intimation at the time of ordering. Within 15 minutes of receiving the product, i noticed that the make of the product is different from what one of my relatives ordered and also size of the product is not suited for the intended purpose.                       I have ordered few items on 21 nov, 2018. After receiving the items on 22 nov, 2018, i have noticed that they have delivered an item which is not as per my order.

                      I have raised a complain (Complain id o453224), though the procedure is most disgusting. I had made call many times to the same staff, moreover i had to talk to many staff as well. They told me to share the images of wrong product on whatsapp. I had to share images three times to the same whatsapp number as per their requirements.

                      This is the worst experience in my life. Even they have denied that they haven't received any message on whatsapp, even after giving a reply. I have also communicated to them through email. But i have not received any response from them. Moreover there is no status update in this regard.

                      According to the bill, the loss is just 25 rs. But, i have lost my faith on sastasundar. I can't trust them any more.

                        Dear team,

                        This is to bring into you urgent notice that sasta sundar is harassing the customers like hell.

                        On 8th sep i ordered [protected] some medicines. As per agreed process they are suppose to deliver it by 12th sept. It was a prepaid order.

                        When i did not receive the same i tried calling up customer care many a times. Every time new member joins in and i explained the same thing on 13th the whole day.

                        After wasting the whole day no one called me for the delivery. Then again when i called up for the delivery some person called me and was telling me guide the address. Though address was mentioned clearly in the order and more than 10 times order got delivered by sastasundar team only.

                        Then the delivery person threaten to cancel the order. When i told him, you cancel the order the i will see that i can do. He started to direct the statement in vulgar way and asking me "wanna see something else also". Hope you understand what he was indicating.. I dropped the call and informed the customer care immediately.

                        Then i got an update that the delivery person cancelled the order with "customer denied" status.

                        And no update for the order yet.

                        I want justice for this.

                          I have placed an order of few medicines amounting to 1948 inr through the sasta sundar app on 31.03.18. The transaction was unsuccessful due to some technical glitch but the amount got debited from my card. On 2nd i received a mail from the site which assured me that i will be refunded with the amount within 5 working days. It's been 16 days, yesterday only i again dropped a mail as a reminder, and this afternoon i am awarded with a mail from their end that they are not bound to pay any amount. It's been 15 days and no response from their side and such a depressing mail. Kindly take necessary action, detailed screenshots are attached.

                            As i used to be a regular customer of sastasundar since a few months, i used to have immense faith on them.
                            But they are not at all trustworthy.
                            On opening the packet delivered with the above id, i found three strips of tazloc40 were missing worth rs163.86.
                            I complained to them; they queried me several times just to inform me at last that they will neither send me the medicines for which they are already been paid, nor will they take any other step against this non-delivery.

                            This way the y first gain faith of the customer, then suddenly miss some items and take money against those undelivered items; deny at last to give the undelivered items showing some false verification process at their end.

                            I think this is the way they started to take the 15% discount value partially back from me; by receiving from me money as cod against partly undelivered items.

                            Can anyone give me justice?

                            though the telephonic conversation was negative from their side, stating they delivered but I am telling a lie about non-receipt of the same; at last one delivery boy from sasatasundar came, delivered those missing items and admitted himself that the packet containing three strips of tazloc 40 had not been previously delivered by them though they took COD against the same.
