I bought Intex 40FHD TV on 29/06/15 at Satya Agencies, Perungudi branch, Chennai

On the date of purchase, I was informed that TV holds 1 year warranty and 1 year extended warranty and the Invoice bill that is given by satya would suffice for warranty.
Recently i got an issue with TV and has raised complaint with Satya and the person who spoke with me has raised the complaint with Intex and informed to produce the bill to the Technician for extended warranty.

Intex Technician tested the TV and informed that it would need the Display change which costs 21K and it is not under warranty since the bill which was given by satya doesn't have any information related to extended warranty. I informed technician to check with their higher authorities and finally they came to a conclusion that the warranty given would only include Service charge.
This information is not being shared either during purchase or on raising the complaint.
Now i am left with blind TV of no use. I would need an explanation on why the extended warranty is not being considered for the TV parts as it was mentioned during the purchase and would need an definite solution for my problem from Satya Agencies.
