Sathya Agencies — void transaction not credited back to my bank account

I did a transaction of amount 2900 using debit card at sathya electronics, purasaiwalakam branch on 25 feb 2018.

But i canceled the purchase as sales person quoted wrong price for wrong model.

So they void my transaction. Its been more than 20 plus days, still amount did not get credited to my bank account.

I recently purchased the lg 65 inch television in satya at velachery, chennai, it took 5days to process the load and hand over the products. The products just came yesterday as below

1. Tv came in the afternoon after a couple of reminders, the package was not looking like original package, they have removed in between and taped again, when i called the store manager he still claims it is new
2. Secondly they have not provided me the invoice for the tv while delivery
3. They suppose to deliver the stabilizer along with tv, they missed, again i did followup, they delivered...

Myself muthukaruppan ramanathan, once again my account is debited with rs.1676 instead of rs.1556 through ecs. I had contact the sales person from 3rd march still no improvement or response. Last month only you had said hereafter bajaj won't debit more than rs.1556 but the same problem appears. What is the solution for this. Contact me through [protected]....

We bought A/C from Sathya west tambaram branch in last may month .At the time of buying they said that 4 free service are there.Every month we had been called for that agency but they did not give any proper response for service.And they didn't provide any service still now.If we called them, they didn't response.All workers speaks irrespective .They are not considers about customers feedback.very worst shop in India.If you continue this customer service you will lose your business soon....

I have bought lg 43 inch smart led tv from sathya agency, west tambaram on[protected] for full payment. They have delivered and installed on[protected]. During purchase the salesman mr. Vasanth and lg rep mr. Ummer basha has told that the warranty period for the tv is 2 years from the date of purchase. But during installation, the lg technicians have told that on production of sales bill, the warranty will be 1year only and on production of extended warranty from the supplier it will be 2 years. But so far tambaram branch has not released extended warranty. All my contacts to the branch are in vain....

Myself muthukaruppan bought a sony led 24 inch tv on sekkalai road, karaikudi branch on jan through bajaj finserv emi. Sales person michael hadn't explained us about extended warranty. He said you need to pay 1556*9 months. But they have debited 1676 per month. I asked the sales person why 120 rs had been taken more than emi amount, he said it is for extended warranty. Whether i had asked you extended warranty or whether you ask us you need it or not. So i asked to reverse the amount. He said i will do my better but it hadn't been reversed. Kindly do the needful and punish this kind of cheating...

Sathya Agencies — billing settled in full by card payment but they again raised emi for the billing [Resolved]

I have purchased ac (Rs. 34600) and mixer grinder (Rs. 5000) on 22nd dec 2017 from sathya agency, cuddalore. I paid the full value of 5000 for mixer grinder and went for bajaj finserve emi for ac.

I paid through my card about 12300 rs.

But now i was deducted emi for both ac and mixer from my bank and the bajaj finserve people have mentioned that sathya documented so.

So sathya agency cuddalore has cheated me by getting double payment for my mixer grinder. This is worst and irresponsible treatment of their loyal customers. And simply not interested to...

We bought onida tv at the end of june 2017... During november 2017, we found that 3 lines appearing in tv screen.. We are really surprised, because within 4-5 months, we are facing this issue... Really disappointed with this onida product.. We raised complaint in sathya agencies (Pursaiwakam), still issue is not resolved.. Its been more than 45 days, still we are seeing tv with 3 lines in screen... Whoever comes in our home, they are really disappointed with this type of service from sathya agencies and onida product.. We really dont need this onida tv... Pls do refund... Within 5 months, this tv...

But now problem is, frequently sathya agency peoples called me and said 'we didn't receive the money for product. I paid to paytm. How can i take the responsibility for that issue!!! It makes me annoy. It's relationship between paytm and sathya agency. Please resolve this issue.

I paid the amount for refrigerator on jan13th 2018 at earel, (Tuticorin dt) sathya agencies. After paid amount they informed this product is available in tuticorin head quarter so we are arrange and delivered in tomorrow evening. They given receipt for this amount. But still i didnt received refrigerator. Also i will call eral showroom and manager line calling many more times but they are not attend my phone calls beacause their work was finished (Cash collection only)... As well as very worst customer service also not working swipping machines......

Got an whirlpool fridge 3 doors from sathya porur branch and once we started use the fridge there is no cooling and gas filling issue and all the dairy products stuff damaged in regular basis and ice cream also not freezing.
We are requesting for money back or replacement product as soon as possible.
We complaint at december month 2nd week still there is no proper response from sathya porur.
Don't play with customers money....

They informed me within one week they will deliver washing machine. They will send bill in courier. But still i didnt receive washing machine. Also bill yet. So i dont want your washing machine. I need to pay back my amount paid to you....

I had purchased a samsung ac and washing machine about a year ago. I was promised a 14 piece gift set. Since 2017, i have been calling various authorities for the above mentioned product. I have spoken to kolathur branch, avadi branch, ware house, customer care and what not. But the only response i received it’s out of stock. Why don’t you ppl send a replacement gift or why bother promising to gift such a product. I was also promised that i will receive it by courier and they failed to do so. Such an irresponsible behaviour. Why give out adverts for freebies when you aren’t...

We went to buy a washing machine, heater, kettle at ooty sathya electonics but due to the hash behaviou of the sales man we quit the shop and went to another shop and bought those items, if they treat the customers arrogent manner then no one will refer ur shop, we were not satistisfied with the service provided by the sales man and at the same time the worst behavior ever seen at sathya ooty branch...

It was pathetic to see that no body attended us while visiting sathya udumalpet branch when we went for buying wshg mchne. Either the guy who attended us was to be fired next day or had a fight with his family. He was not even ready to say even the rates. Due to the behaviour we purchased the machine from other agency. I dont know still how many customers he gonna do this. God save the branch....

Two months back, we have purchased vguard water heater (10l - pebble) in sathya - porur branch. Bill was in my husband's name - narayanan. Contact numbers-[protected], [protected].
Water smells very bad in the heater. We complained so many times and 4 times they send the service man for service but after that also same bad smell so they (From vguard) replaced with other heater, we went to sathya and got it replaced. I purchased bajaj water heater on 12th nov 2017 from sathya agencies plot 42, 1st mainroad, ram nagar, peravallur, kolathur - ch-82, it was a damage product water drops out after install from bajaj person, i complaint to bajaj - they honestly given sticker to replace, but i went to sathya where i purchased - i wait hardly 15 minutes infront of manager - no response even no customer at that time - i met on 2dec 2017 - they promised will get the new one on 3rd i am follow up till date - i got worst response - i haven't get my product till now. They just pass my bill here and there. Bajaj given approval...

Hi mohana krishnan from chennai, i bought a new whirlpool washing machine in your kolathur sathya showroom on 1st dec 2017, they delivered the product on the same day like they committed but after the delivery to till now am following the demo process. No one has taken the responsibility for customer. They showing the wrost behaviour to the customer, in behalf it's reflecting sathya agencies how gave the responsibility to the customer. I felt very bad to buy the product in sathya agencies. Please resort the issuse asap....
