Delayed TV installation

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the delay in the delivery and installation of the television I purchased from your store.

We booked a Samsung QLED 65-inch TV (Model No: 64Q7FA) at Sathya Agencies, Palani Road, Dindigul on 13/10/2025. We made an advance payment of ₹10, 000 (Receipt No: 25028500RC006219) and the remaining ₹60, 000 was sanctioned through Bajaj Finance.

Mobile repair and insurance claim

I had purchased a mobile phone from Sathya Stores, and at the time of purchase, I was advised by the dealer to opt for mobile insurance. The insurance was billed along with the device. Unfortunately, within two months, my mobile phone got damaged. AC extra amount charging

Don't buy AC from here.
They say an amount and ask you to pay first. They won't give bill on the same day, saying different reasons and promise to send on the delivery day. And when you receive the bill with the product, they have added extra items to round off the amount they got from you initially. In the bill, bluestar 1.5ton 3 star ac is shown as 35k, but they said it's 37k and asked us to pay the full amount. Now to round off,...

32 inch TCL LED TV

I purchased 32 inch TCL LED TV from M/s. Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd, vide Bill No. 240078PLI1003323 Dt: 10.11.2024 from Pollachi, in few days later some noise sound in TV .

Registered the Complaint to TCL Service Centre, but still they have not attened the Complaint, so many times i call to TCL Sevice Centre, but no response

Just one year and 3 months old Sony TV which we bought from Sathya agencies is not turning on from 3 days. We have informed this to Sathya agencies karaikudi on Tuesday. Till now they didn't properly informed this to Sony servicing team. After 3 days got a call from Sony asking whether we want a help in installing new TV. How poor the communication is from sathya agencies karaikudi to Sony? They doesn't even know what is customers complaint is about? Now Sony madurai is saying they will come only on next week. Why should I wait for a week when there is nothing wrong from my side. Please help us resolve this as early as possible. Thanks in advance!

During the purchase the Sales Staaff, they marketed that for this TV, we will also get a Samsung 43 inch for Free ; Based on which we decided to buy the 75 inch TV. But till today (10.07.2024), we waiting for free since 6 Months and no proper response from the Sathyas team in Hosur.

    I bought blue star 1.5 ton 3 star a/c from satya agency in namakkal. They sold the product saying that the A/C will be installed within five days, but I had to follow up the call 3 to 4 times daily and till now have not been installed. I am constantly making Satya Agency calls. he was told that daily will be installed this evening. They are only saying this every day. They only say that the technician will come. Technician not answering any calls. Poor service

      Hi Team
      I recently purchased a 1.5 ton Carrier AC from Sathya Agencies in Kattumannar Koil. However, there has been a delay in the installation process. The technical team is currently busy with other installations, which is why they are unable to install my AC immediately. They have suggested that I can opt for a local team for installation, but I will have to pay an installation fee of Rs. 2500 along with an additional charge of Rs. 850 for the outdoor stand.

      If I choose to use my own technical team, I will still have to pay Rs. 1461 along with the stand charge. I am confused as to why I must pay for installation, and why they are selling products without being able to provide installation services.

        Phone not working

        Bought a phone VIVO Y200E for Rs20000 on February 29, 2024.. It was the phone launching day and they convinced us like anything to buy the phone.. for last one week the display is not working at all.. touch is not working.. raised a complaint with Sathya Ambasamudram and couldn’t get proper response and treating so bad.. Never faced any issue with other show rooms.....

        I bought a Daikin A/C in satya agency erode. They sold the product indicating that A/C wills be installed in 48 hours but I had to follow up with call every day 3 to 4 times and finally got it installed after 21 days with lot of struggles. The technician did not attend the call and I had to talk to his head and he is also not responsive. Worst service and experience.

        After installation, water started leaking from the A/C. No response from them at all. So I hired a third party technician to fix the issue.

        DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH SATYA AGENCY. Worst store that I ever know of.

            Sir,
            We bought LG AC from Sathya agency Hosur(Krishnagiri bypass) on 7th April, 8th April they delivered they send a technician next day to fix the person who come left abruptly without fixing ac and he is demanding for 10 feet ladder...we asked in shop the price of 10 feet ladder is 7500 and it's for commercial use...how a house which have 11 feet ceiling will have 10 feet ladder moreover the technician were need to move out whether he complete or not... regarding that we went to Sathya agency staffs who gave such useless reply tomorrow he will come...ho many tomorrow he will come answer will be heard from them...4 days over when we bought a product they said we will fix it within 48 hours now this agency is not keeping it's promise... totally lost faith in this agency now they're demanding to return the product if you can't wait.. their reply seem to be like this... Kindly check your employee and sort out this issues..
            The person who represent to sell the product is Syed Hussain...but few head from that shop really giving lethargic reply... We really lost faith now we want refund they pushed us to this level kindly resolve this issue or refund to our product...do the needful as soon as possible.

              Myself Sathuratheen oli, I purchased Hisense TV in Sathya Agencies Puliangudi Branch in September-2023.
              2 months only TV was working properly from November-2023 there are lot of complaints in the Television.
              i register my complaint in the Puliangudi Sathya branch from December-2023 till to date...!!! Till now the TV not replaced.

              NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN
              NO PROPER RESPONSE
              THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE

                Booked Daikin AC 1.5 ton inverter type on 25th Feb 24 at Sathya agencies, Manali, Chennai-600068 branch for which they offered free gift of 4 chairs.
                Separate invoice raised for AC and chairs
                AC delivered on 27th but free chairs are not delivered till now and dealer is not responding for our request...

                LG WIRELESS EAR BUDS HBS FN5U BLACK Billed product not received

                I have bought LG wireless air buds product on 27th nov 2023 . However, I have not received or been delivered the LG wireless air buds product that I purchased on November 27th, 2023, from the Kolathur showroom. Additionally, the showroom people have not provided a proper response. I have escalated the issue to the high priority people in the showroom and Head office of Sathya Agencies.
