Sathyanarayana — Staff behavior and denial of services

I have put diesel to my car for Rs. 2400.00 on 05 Feb 17 at Goraguntepalya Bangalore Reliance petrol pump.

I requested your staff to check the air pressure in my tyres/Wheels. Initial nobody responded and not bothered about the request. repeatedly i told them after getting down from my car.
later they said they wont put air. when I questioned them strongly, Staff said air pump is not working.

I have attached photo of the payment bill also for reference.

This is the kind of services Reliance provides, which I never expected . I look for alternate source for my all requirements instead of Reliance.
